If you purchased through us directly, and you're not satisfied with Spiking for any reason or no reason... Send us an email to email@example.com within 14 days of your purchase date with "Refund Request" in the subject line, and we'll give you a complete refund, no questions asked. We do not refund annual continuity subscriptions or one-time offers. However, we can only cancel your membership and recurring billing. Additionally, if you participated in any of our classes, you waive the right to refund. Refund policy does not apply to Gold and Platinum memberships.
