If you are not completely satisfied with your Insider Trading MasterClass, you may be eligible to request a refund. There are a few important things to keep in mind when doing so.
For Insider Trading MasterClass - request a refund on Day-1 of the course by emailing Customer Support with “Refund Request” in the subject line for our processing. Please share with us the reason for your refund as your valuable feedback will help us improve our products and understand how we may serve you better.
For subsequent purchases and upgrades to Spiking Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum Membership Subscription, refunds will not be provided. We do not provide credits, refunds, or prorated billing for Membership or Subscriptions that are canceled mid-term. In such circumstances, you will continue to have access to your Subscription until the end of the yearly billing cycle.
You may cancel a subscription at any time. When canceling a subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the term. However, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period. Once your subscription is canceled, you will not be charged at the next renewal date.
