Send us an email to email@example.com within 14 days of your purchase date with "Refund Request" in the subject line, and we'll give you a complete refund. In the meanwhile, please share with us the reason of your refund request as your valuable feedback will help us improve our products and understand how we may serve you better. We do not refund annual continuity subscriptions or one-time offers.
However, we can only cancel your membership and recurring billing. Additionally, if you participated in any of our classes or upgrades, you waive the right to refund. The refund policy does not apply to Gold and Platinum memberships.
