If you are not completely satisfied with your Spiking Starter purchase, you may be eligible to request for a refund. There are a few important things to keep in mind when doing so.
For Spiking Starter (also known as 3-Day Stocks Trading Class LIVE) - request a refund within 2 weeks (14 days) after your payment by emailing our Customer Support with “Refund Request” in the subject line for our processing. Please share with us the reason of your refund as your valuable feedback will help us improve our products and understand how we may serve you better.
For subsequent purchases and upgrades to Spiking Silver and Platinum subscription, refunds will not be provided. We do not provide credits, refunds or prorated billing for Subscriptions that are cancelled mid-term. In such circumstance, you will continue to have access to your Subscription until the end of the yearly billing cycle.
You may cancel a subscription at any time. When cancelling a subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the term. However, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period. Once your subscription is cancelled, you will not be charged at the next renewal date.
